Meet our PINK LADIES
|
Hamilton
Hospital Auxiliary started
in the early 1960’s. It is
comprised of generous women and men in the community who donate their time to
the patients in our hospital. The
"
Pink Ladies", as we refer to them, contribute time each morning in the hospital
selling papers, filling fresh water, assisting patients by writing letters or
running errands for them. Modestly spoken by the current Auxiliary President,
“we aim to be the helping hands or right arm to the hospital and their
patients.” The Auxiliary has one
major fundraiser every spring, and the proceeds benefit a special gift that they
donate to a department in hospital. The
list is ongoing of what gracious duties these giving individuals provide for
Hamilton
Hospital
, making them the giving Hearts of our Hospital.
