*Emergency Department* is located in a newly renovated, Level IV Trauma Center, designated by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Our department provides emergent care to all area residents within a three county radius. A first-rate level of care provides trauma certified nursing, allowing Hamilton Hospital to be known for its exceptional care.
	Emergency Department Physicians As of September 2008, our ER is staffed 24 hours a day with on-site ER physicians. In order to ensure prompt, competent care in emergency situations, our physicians are prepared to meet the variety of needs seen in our ER.
