v
Degree in Health
care or related field preferred, years of experience
may apply.
v
One to four years
administrative experience in the medical field depending on educational
level.
v
Experience in
physician relations, billing, health insurance, budgeting, policies and
procedures and all other aspects of a rural health clinic.
v
Ability to build
rapport and relationships with physicians, clinic staff and hospital
staff.
v
Must possess strong
communication, organization and computer skills, bilingual a plus.
